I began my training early and started as a natural food chef in the early 1970's.
As a began studying the eastern arts my interests included aikido, kyudo and the principles of yin and yang.
I studied how to balance the body. I was also training in long distance running and realized I could improve my running with the help of Structural Integration (rolfing as it was called then).
I got rolfed and it improved my running, made me more efficient and removed any pain I was experiencing as a result of imbalances in my body i.e. lower back and hip pain.
I got my License in Massage Therapy in 1983 and took my first training in structural bodywork in 1986.
I attended the Rolf Guild in Boulder CO, the Hakomi Institute also in Boulder CO and the Zero Balancing Assoc.
I have been practicing since 1986 and involved in removal of pain and balancing people since. I studied acupressure, visceral manipulation, orthobionomy and yoga.
Every part of the body can be brought back into balance.
You do not have to be in pain to experience the positive results of Structural Integration and Zero Balancing.
Everyone can benefit to bringing your body back to balance with gravity. My work is deep but not painful.
